We are located on the first floor of the Midtown Medical II Building in Suite 101. Parking is available in the attached parking garage that can be accessed by both 38th and 37th St.

Please bring your parking ticket with you and our front desk staff will validate your ticket prior to your departure. We suggest parking on the 3rd floor to access the pedestrian bridge to Midtown Medical II, and then take the elevator to the first floor.
