Dr. Zachariah optimizes his own health by working healthy habits into his daily routine. He rides his bicycle about nine miles daily and often rides his bicycle to work at the clinic or to the gym for a workout. He prioritizes a consistent sleep schedule and enjoys cooking new recipes, especially on his smoker or grill.
