Angela Aston is a board certified family nurse practitioner who believes healthcare should not be complicated. She works hard to make things simple and understandable for people in her care. Throughout her more than thirty years in nursing and as a family nurse practitioner, Angela has learned developing ongoing close relationships with people creates the most optimal health outcomes. She prioritizes listening attentively, helping people set personal health goals and being a partner in achieving them.

Angela’s nursing experience includes roles at healthcare facilities such as Hermann Hospital in Houston, Texas, the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Kerrville, Texas and St. David’s Healthcare in Austin, Texas. She has special interests in diabetes management, chronic illness care and promoting overall wellness. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Texas Nurse Practitioners’ Association.  

Angela prioritizes her own health by walking every evening, doing Pilates twice a week and making time to prepare nutritious meals.
