Baleigh Blankenship has a passion for empowering people to be the best versions of themselves. As a health guide at Harbor Health, she strives to be a supportive partner in helping people create sustainable behavior change. That process often takes overcoming obstacles to maintain new healthy habits. With her bachelors degree in psychology and masters degree in social work, Baleigh helps people understand their own behaviors and how they interact with others to ultimately produce positive health changes.
Baleigh has special interests and experience in mental health coaching, diabetes management and weight management. She worked as a virtual health coach for an online health company and has experience working with adolescents on behavior change. When she is not guiding others in their health journeys, Baleigh takes care of her own mind, body and soul by doing some sort of physical activity daily like pickleball and Pilates. She is also a certified yoga instructor.
