Make the change online

Effective the first day of next month

Log into Blue Access for MembersSM

Select the Coverage and Benefits tab
3
Scroll to the PCP box
4
Click Edit on the right side of the PCP box
5
Complete the information to select a new primary care physician tab

Make the change over the phone with BCBS

Can be effective immediately if requested

Have your primary care physician of choice pre-selected

Call 1-866-355-5999 to speak to a BCBS Personal Health Guide

Provide your name, date of birth, insurance ID number and phone number
4
Ask for the change to be effective immediately
5
Provide the name of your primary care physician
