Simply put: you’re a person, not a patient. And we all want to get and stay healthy—but how healthcare currently works doesn’t make us feel part of the process. That’s one of the ways Harbor is different. You and your dedicated Health Team—made up of a guide, a medical doctor and a nurse—co-create your health journey to help you get and stay well.
Harbor didn’t happen overnight. After years of experience across all facets of healthcare, a group of people—including Clay Johnston, M.D. PhD, inaugural dean of Dell Medical School—set out to help health make more sense and deliver better care for everyone.Meet our team

We have a number of experienced doctors who are ready to help on your health journey as early as today. We can help with primary care for anyone in your family, behavioral health, chronic disease management (diabetes, arthritis, etc.), specialty care (back or knee pain, headaches, gut health, skin issues, hearing challenges, etc.), overall health and wellness (sleep, diet, etc.) and more.
No matter where you are on your path, we'll stay with you every step of the way moving forward.
Yes, we have access to some of the best specialists in the Austin area. If you need to see one as part of your health journey, we’ll stay right with you—from back pain and gut health to headaches and heart issues, and more.
For now, we’re taking Medicare and are accepting cash or credit payments. Soon we'll be accepting Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas.
