Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner Jill Frank offers people evidence-based, compassionate care that serves the whole person including mind, body, and spirit. She listens to understand clients’ health concerns and encourages them to create small, measurable, and realistic goals that can make them feel successful on their wellness journey. That process often requires her to delve into the underlying causes of chronic conditions. Jill has experience working with people of all ages in primary care and pain management. She served on the Board of Directors of the American Society of Pain Management Nurses and has created and facilitated “group-shared medical visits” about pain management and mindfulness.
Listening to her own body and its needs, Jill aims to engage in yoga and different types of meditation at least five times a week. She enjoys walking and swimming for exercise and gets outside as much as possible. She spends lots of time in her garden and with her flock of chickens that she calls her “girls.” When indoors, she shares office space with a 13-year-old red-eared slider turtle.
